Quiet Morning (Bronze Sculpture, 40" H x 25" W x 23" D) The great blue heron is one of my favorite birds. The bird is an "expert still fisherman". It will stand on a log and never flinch as it waits for its aquatic meal to surface. The bird's ability to stand still for a long stretch gives a sculptor time to capture its grace and beauty. This heron stands alone in the early morning in a small secluded pond.
